Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Houston, TX to lead a maintenance team responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance programs, managing spare parts, and aligning maintenance strategies with production goals.

You will report to the Senior Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize uptime, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of machine maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of managing maintenance professionals.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools.
• Understanding of budgets and P/L processes.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or in a group.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to keep production equipment maintained and operating per specs, while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and productivity.
• Maintain safety and environmental policies; conduct shift safety meetings and inspections.
• Oversee spare parts management, inventory control, replenishment, and vendor management; coordinate maintenance scheduling.
• Complete annual goals and adhere to department budgets set by the Senior Manager.
