Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to manage staffing and assignments to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Escalate safety, quality, and process issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
• Maintain and improve standard work procedures to boost productivity and quality.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback to promote transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives as part of daily work.
• Champion 6S to keep workspaces organized and efficient.
• Participate as a key member of the manufacturing production team.
• Adhere to Quality System policies and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per regulations.
