Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years in engineering design, machine application, mining industry desired.
Proficiency with CAD tools desirable.
Experience with Lean Engineering principles desired.
Experience in cross-functional teams required.

Responsibilities

Participate in effective Change Management to achieve desired outcomes.
Support programs for communicating engineering issues to ensure global design and safety standards.
Support improvements to streamline engineering processes for design and development.
