Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, DTS Digital Health (Epic Systems) to lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms, focusing on Epic ecosystems.

You will act as the BRM for Digital Health initiatives and shape cross-functional demand management. You will build and lead a team, drive governance forums, manage integrations with Epic Beaker/Bridges/Care Everywhere, and deliver scalable solutions that advance precision medicine and oncology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology delivery or related roles, 8 years preferred; 2+ years of people management.
• Experience leading governance, demand management, and prioritization for enterprise platforms across multiple functions.
• Current Epic Care Everywhere Certification; experience with Epic ecosystem and interoperability workflows.
• Experience with molecular profiling/precision medicine/oncology tech platforms preferred.
• Hands-on Scrum or hybrid Agile delivery across multiple teams with dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms.
• Serve as primary technical SME for Epic Aura and related Epic interoperability solutions.
• Lead MPI platform integrations and drive delivery of oncology-focused initiatives.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligning priorities with strategy.
• Facilitate governance forums and optimize investment decisions.
• Provide executive reporting on platform health, risks, and progress.
• Act as primary relationship manager translating business objectives into tech solutions.
