Job summary

Montefiore Digital Engineering is seeking a Senior Manager for Epic Interoperability to lead multi‑discipline teams delivering patient‑centered digital health solutions. You will drive strategy, architecture alignment, and end‑to‑end product delivery across Epic and non‑Epic platforms in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years in digital engineering or healthcare tech, 4+ years in Epic modules, and at least 2 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in digital engineering and healthcare tech.
• Epic Interoperability experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a digital engineering strategy aligned to roadmaps.
• Lead Agile teams across design, build, test, release, and transition.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and performance requirements are met.
• Partner with architecture, QA, deployment, and product teams.
• Coach and develop engineers, drive continuous improvement.
