Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in environmental field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical/environmental consulting with leadership.
3+ years of team leadership or management experience.
Professional registration (PE, PG, CHMM, or similar) preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations (CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA).

Responsibilities

Lead Environmental Services Department focused on due diligence and compliance.
Supervise and mentor a team of environmental professionals across project types.
Oversee workload allocation, performance reviews, and hiring.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, defensible reports to clients and attorneys.
Develop client relationships and oversee business development activities.
