Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental field required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in geotechnical or environmental consulting with leadership.
3+ years of team leadership or management in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations and permits.

Responsibilities

Lead the Environmental Services Department with due diligence and compliance focus.
Supervise and mentor a team of environmental professionals across projects.
Oversee workload allocation, training, performance reviews and hiring.
Promote technical excellence, collaboration and professional development.
Oversee Phase I ESAs and Phase II investigations; transactional due diligence.
Lead environmental compliance audits and permits (SPCC, air, water, waste).
Manage client relationships, develop proposals, and pursue new opportunities.
Responsible for P&L, budgets, staffing, and resource planning.
Develop SOPs, lead dept meetings, and implement corporate policy goals.
Plan long-term goals with KPIs and monitor project delivery and risks.
