Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product strategy and product operations.

8+ years of people/performance management, leadership, and coaching.
8+ years of professional communication experience with executive presentations.
8+ years of experience managing budgets, capital planning and portfolio management.
2+ years of experience with AI and digital development within Agile or SAFe.
Able to travel up to 15% annually within the continental US.

Responsibilities

Advises management on market trends and prioritizes features and initiatives.
Leads cross-functional stakeholder alignment for strategic enterprise initiatives.
Defines multi-year digital vision and themes aligned to business goals.
Manages roadmap development and maintenance to align with strategy.
Communicates with design, engineering and product teams across SDLC.
Develops executive presentations and strategic storytelling for leadership.
Leads budgeting, capital planning and portfolio funding decisions.
Coaches and develops a growing team to support growth and success.
