• Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations.
• Executive presence: ability to listen, empathize, and communicate clearly.
• Comfort in ambiguity; ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to “manage up” and influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, creating cohesive storylines and actionable recommendations.
• Drive identification and development of new growth opportunities by scanning market developments and trends.
• Synthesize insights to support senior executives in decision-making across CVS Health.
• Support process management for business unit leadership, including goals and agendas.
• Conduct research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across the Enterprise Strategy team and with Finance/Operations to translate strategy into execution.
