Gong is seeking a senior manager to lead a Solution Engineers team focused on our strategic enterprise unit. You will guide solution-based selling of the Revenue AI platform and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive outcomes.

The role is hybrid (office and remote) with a strong emphasis on mentorship, scalable processes, and cross-functional leadership to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading sales engineering teams.
• 10+ years of sales engineering experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Experience building a team from scratch and hands-on willingness to engage on deals.
• Strong business acumen in GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a customer-focused, high-performing Sales Engineering team.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers to maximize potential.
• Train team on new features, processes, and collateral; foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth and improve deal execution.
• Develop streamlined processes and collateral to support engagement with stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Operations to meet business goals.
• Uphold company culture and operating principles in daily practice.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain strong relationships with key teams.
