Gong, a leading AI-powered revenue intelligence company, is hiring a Solution Engineering leader to build and scale a customer-focused team that demonstrates the business outcomes customers can achieve using our Gong platform.

This hybrid role (office and remote) based in New York offers the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers, streamline processes, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and drive revenue growth while upholding our operating principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading sales engineering teams.
• 10+ years of relevant sales engineering experience.
• Experience building a team from the ground up and engaging on deals.
• Ability to foster trust and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen in GTM and understanding of key personas and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead a customer-focused, high-performing team that communicates business outcomes and value of Gong.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers to maximize potential and contribute to goals.
• Train team on new features, processes, and collateral to support learning.
• Foster collaboration within Sales Engineering and with Sales to drive revenue growth.
• Develop streamlined processes and collateral to support the team and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to optimize workflows.
