Job summary

Responsibilities include KPI development, audits, mentoring future leaders, and partnering with IT, Finance, and Operations to align controls with business goals. Travel 0–25% possible.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project controls or construction operations.
• Multi-regional leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and enterprise-wide implementation of project controls frameworks, tools, and KPIs.
• Oversee regional Managers, Project Controls, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
• Partner with executive leadership to align project controls with corporate goals, financial targets, and risk management.
• Drive innovation in project controls through AI, ML, and predictive analytics for forecasting and insights.
• Develop and maintain enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop a pipeline of future leaders within the PCG.
