Rosendin is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead the regional implementation of project controls practices across complex projects. You will bridge planning with field execution, drive standards, and mentor teams to deliver performance insights.

You’ll collaborate with PCG Leads and engineers to ensure consistency in planning, tracking, and reporting. With a strategic focus and autonomy, you’ll build regional capabilities, lead initiatives, and support field teams while aligning with

• Lead audits and mentor junior staff to strengthen project controls.
• Influence cross-functional teams to standardize planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead advisor and regional implementation lead for project controls tactics.
• Collaborate with Project Controls Leads to align rollout priorities and support field needs.
• Partner with Regional Directors and Project Executives to embed scope clarity and risk awareness.
• Coach Project Controls Leads, Engineers, and Data Specialists in daily execution and reporting workflows.
• Facilitate job startup planning sessions and post-mortem evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Support issue resolution and escalate challenges impacting planning, tracking, or scope definition.
• Lead regional training efforts and pilot AI tools for controls innovation.
• Represent PCG in regional leadership discussions and contribute to enterprise tactic development.
