Job summary

You will oversee regional teams, champion digital transformation, implement enterprise standards for WBS, scheduling, cost control, and reporting, and partner with executives to align controls with corporate goals. Qualifications

12+ years of progressive project controls or construction ops experience.
Experience leading multi-regional teams.
Deep expertise in scheduling, cost, risk, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide project controls framework implementation.
Oversee regional Project Controls managers for consistency.
Align strategies with corporate goals and risk management.
Drive AI, ML, and analytics for forecasting and insights.
Develop enterprise standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, reporting.
Lead audits and performance reviews; mentor future leaders.
