Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Manager, Project Controls to lead a regional team and standardize controls across Rosendin’s most complex projects. You will bridge planning with field execution and drive performance insights.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with regional directors and preconstruction, and champion adoption of core processes and digital tools like Oracle, P6, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or construction operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead audits, mentor junior staff, and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor and regional implementation lead for project controls tactics across complex projects.
• Collaborate with Project Controls Leads to align rollout priorities and support field needs.
• Coach Project Controls Leads, Engineers, and Data Specialists in workflows and tool usage.
• Facilitate job startup planning sessions, progress review meetings, and post-mortem evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Support issue resolution and escalate challenges impacting planning, tracking, or scope definition.
• Lead regional training efforts and pilot adoption of AI tools or digital solutions that support controls innovation.
• Represent PCG in regional leadership discussions and enterprise tactic development.
