Job summary

Boyd Corp is seeking an experienced process improvement leader to study how work gets done, map end-to-end processes, and identify inefficiencies in transactional and operational flows. The role emphasizes applying Eaton Business System principles and driving adoption across sites.

You will drive analytics, champion standard work, and partner with leaders to scale AI agents, RPA, and process mining to shift outcomes quickly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years driving process improvement and transformation in transactional/cntrl functions.
• Mastery of DMAIC and DMADV/DFSS with validated results.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred; Black Belt required.
• Strong analytical and data skills; ability to build baselines and prove results.
• Process mapping fluency (value stream mapping, SIPOC, swim-lane).
• Experience setting enterprise process standards or operating models.
• Hands-on exposure to automation and AI on transactional work (RPA, AI agents).
• Demonstrated executive-level influence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• See and diagnose Boyd's end-to-end processes; map at site and desk level; quantify costs and rank opportunities.
• Reimagine and redesign processes; align to Eaton value streams; sequence standardization before automation; apply AI where viable.
• Implement and land the change; build coalitions, secure funding, ensure adoption and standard-work documentation.
• Incubate and scale across Eaton; run pilots, capture learnings, package capabilities for broader adoption.
