Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Analytics to evaluate and improve performance through data-driven insights. You will collaborate across Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and other functions to identify trends, financial opportunities, and risks, delivering dashboards and strategic analyses for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics, or related fields.
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, financial analysis or insurance industry economics including 4 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data.
• Advanced PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar. Proficiency in designing reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to prepare effective documentation, facilitate training and development, and participate in presentations.
• Experience working cross-functionally within all levels of the organization, leading projects and in problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insight generation.
• Partner across Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Network Management, Healthcare Management, Underwriting, Product, and other business functions to identify performance trends, financial opportunities, and operational risks.
• Develop and deliver enterprise performance reporting, dashboards and strategic analyses for senior leaders and the C-suite.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights to inform executive decision-making and drive enterprise performance improvement.
