Job summary

Saab, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across multiple Saab locations.

This senior role builds and standardizes the enterprise operating model, balancing site needs with enterprise standards, and may assume broader Director-level responsibilities as the organization grows. Travel up to 20% annually and a U.S. Government security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.
• 10+ years of leadership in multi-site manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment.
• Willingness to travel ~20% annually to Saab locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise operating model across Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging.
• Standardize governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse capacity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Programs, Engineering, Quality, and IT.
