Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with four or more years of experience in operations, operational innovation, continuous improvement, or related leadership roles.
• Associate Degree with six or more years of experience in operations, operational innovation, or related leadership roles.
• High School Diploma or GED with eight or more years of experience in operations, operational innovation, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and innovation portfolios that drive measurable business value, including opportunities capable of generating more than $480 million in cumulative enterprise value.
• Implements governance processes for intake, prioritization, and performance tracking of innovation initiatives.
• Engage with senior leaders to align priorities and secure commitment for transformational outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and scale innovative solutions and leading practices to improve operations and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, engineering, maintenance, asset management, operations, and support functions to deliver enterprise-wide results.
• Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and accelerate innovation adoption.
• Drive outcomes by assessing risks, validating results, and guiding high-impact investments.
• Lead organizational change to modernize processes and operating models for sustainable benefits.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across field and office teams.
