Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline with 10+ years leading people and other leaders in a technical environment.
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field with 12+ years leading people and other leaders in a technical environment.
• High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years leading people and other leaders in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, capacity, and resource needs across the product family and adjust as necessary.
• Lead governance and standards for the Digital Products & Technologies organization with cross-family Tech Leads.
• Represent department in architecture and standards forums and co-lead Architecture Technology Forum.
• Oversee tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, test automation) and own the development tool usage policy.
• Provide leadership for API management governance and AI governance for software delivery.
• Champion System of Delivery governance, playbooks, and strategic communications.
