The role leads security strategy, incident response, IAM, risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance, shaping policies and programs across the organization.

You will mentor security teams, collaborate with executives, and drive adoption of AI-enabled security initiatives while coordinating with IT, Legal, Audit and external partners to uphold a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in security/IT disciplines.
• Experience across security operations, IAM, risk, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's security strategy aligned with objectives and regulations.
• Escalation point for major security incidents with coordinated response across teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate security risks across all domains and ensure privacy compliance.
• Lead and evolve security operations, IAM, network, and risk management programs.
• Develop security roadmaps, budgets, and drive continuous improvement and governance.
• Oversee enterprise AI and intelligent automation strategy and delivery to scale solutions.
