Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking a Director, Digital to lead the Digital – Digital & Business Operations portfolio and three enabling product teams. You will align tooling, standards, and governance with enterprise goals, partner with IT Infrastructure & Security and Enterprise Architecture, and guide modernization of software delivery.

The role requires deep engineering leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to scale digital capabilities across the organization to improve reliability,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field with 10+ years in technical leadership.
Experience designing, deploying and maintaining digital services and software systems.
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and drive enterprise software standards.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital – Digital & Business Operations and three enabling product teams.
Set standards, governance, and tooling for software delivery and developer experience.
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to drive digital transformation.
