Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Enterprise Integration Leader to collaborate with business, technology, implementation, operations, clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration solutions across client implementations, migrations, modernization efforts, and ongoing production support.

The role requires 10+ years in systems integration and 5+ years in technical leadership, with expertise in APIs, EDI, FHIR, HL7, cloud integration, and healthcare data exchange standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration, interface management, data exchange, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and complex implementations.
• Strong knowledge of batch processing, APIs, EDI, FHIR, HL7, cloud integration, and healthcare data exchange standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration and interface services across Medicaid, MMIS, PBM, payer, and healthcare tech implementations.
• Oversee integration workstreams and guide full lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Establish integration standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Partner with internal teams, clients, vendors to resolve risks and drive outcomes.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled improvements across integration services.
