Job summary

Overland AI, headquartered in Seattle, seeks a Senior Manager of Enterprise Data & Applications to build data, analytics, and internal tools to support scaling. You will own a prioritized roadmap across enterprise analytics, integrations, and business applications, personally delivering solutions and guiding technical contributors.

You will lead data pipelines, define metrics with business owners, and drive dashboards for planning, performance reviews, and financials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, enterprise applications, internal software, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of enterprise analytics, internal applications, data integrations, and workflow automation.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Finance, People, Growth, Programs, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and shared data models that connect business systems and support reliable reporting.
• Deliver dashboards and analysis for planning and performance reviews, including hiring, production throughput, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Develop applications and automations that reduce manual handoffs and duplicate work.
• Establish data ownership, quality checks, documentation, and access controls with business owners and IT and Security.
• Own solutions through deployment, user training, adoption, maintenance, and ongoing improvement.
