Automation Anywhere, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives from a hybrid site in San Jose, CA. You will shape the EDW/data lake architecture, oversee data ingestion pipelines with Informatica, and drive analytics with BigQuery and Tableau.

You will manage data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams, define roadmaps, control costs, and ensure governance, security, and value delivery across cloud platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as a baseline.
• 10+ years across data engineering, BI, data warehousing, or architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica products and ETL/ELT design.
• Strong knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards and governance of analytics.
• Security and RBAC/RLA familiarity a plus.

• Lead and develop a data engineering, analytics, and architecture team.
• Own target-state EDW, data lake, and analytics architecture.
• Own roadmaps, prioritize work, and manage budgets and costs.
• Oversee batch and near-real-time Informatica data ingestion pipelines.
• Direct BigQuery engineering for curated data layers and lakehouse datasets.
• Establish reusable data transformation standards and tests.
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs and govern Tableau dashboards.
• Elicit requirements, analyze data, and translate into actions.
• Establish data quality, lineage, governance, and security controls.
• Provide IT leadership and governance cadence across teams.
• Ensure service health, incident response, and observability.
