Job summary

WSB is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Data to lead the enterprise AI, data, and application portfolio strategy across the organization. You will partner with executives to identify and prioritize AI-enabled solutions, establish enterprise data strategy, and oversee product management and development functions.

You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and technical direction to ensure AI, data, and technology investments align with business objectives and are adopted across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in technology, software, data, AI, digital transformation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Identify and implement high-value AI, automation, and data solutions.
• Lead evaluation, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of AI technologies and enterprise platforms.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI capabilities through governance, training, and performance measurement.
• Provide architectural guidance for enterprise technology solutions.
• Own enterprise application portfolio: product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead development and execution of enterprise data strategy with data engineering teams.
• Establish technology standards for architecture, APIs, security, and documentation.
• Collaborate with security and business leaders on AI governance and risk management.
