Job summary

DigitalOcean seeks a Senior Manager, Agentic Analytics Platform Engineering to lead a high-performing team building the company’s AI-enabled analytics platform. You will align data architecture with strategic goals, drive governance, and accelerate self-service BI.

You’ll partner with executives, product, data science, and finance to shape roadmaps, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable data pipelines and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Proven leadership of data/analytics teams and BI platforms.
• Experience building centralized semantic layers and enterprise BI.
• Experience integrating AI/NLP/predictive models in BI workflows.
• Strong communication of complex data trade-offs to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics platform.
