Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics to lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide reporting and digital performance measurement. You will partner with corporate and property stakeholders to keep data accurate, accessible, and impactful, guiding analytics strategy and scalable measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of advanced web analytics experience.
• Experience in digital, analytical, or product environments preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team; oversee ad-hoc analyses, reporting workflows, and project timelines.
• Manage analytics reporting for KPIs across e-commerce, marketing performance, and digital behavior for MGM Resorts brands.
• Serve as the primary analytics contact for stakeholders and manage analytics requests.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Property Marketing, IT, Content, and other teams to align analytics solutions with business needs.
• Support tag management and user acceptance testing to ensure data quality across platforms.
• Produce clear reporting that drives strategic recommendations and insights.
