- 15+ years in senior customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
- 5+ years leading and developing customer-facing teams.
- Proven track record of AI or technology adoption at enterprise scale.
- Deep experience with business transformation and process reinvention.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Amazon Quick Service CSS driving enterprise adoption.
- Set operating cadence, skills, and assets for customer outcomes.
- Own activation, value realization, and portfolio health metrics.
- Collaborate with CS COE, GTM, and field roles for seamless handoffs.
- Translate AI strategy into account-specific execution and KPIs.
