Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a SDS Processes & Role-Based Tools Senior Manager 3 to lead the engineering homeroom’s process strategy. You will drive technical rigor, standardization, and compliance across the division with a focus on Model-Based Processes and the Role-Based Ecosystem.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 8+ years in aerospace, and leadership experience. Expect collaboration across multiple sites, a robust benefits package, and a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• 8+ years aerospace manufacturing or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years combined experience in Engineering function.
• 2 years in an Agile environment.
• 2 years developing processes/governance for multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for driving technical rigor, process standardization, and compliance across division engineering.
• Lead roadmap development of Model-Based Processes and Role Based Ecosystem.
• Manage teams of process SMEs and engineers in the division.
• Oversee the division’s Engineering Model-Based Processes using Nimbus.
• Lead the Role Based Ecosystem strategy and competency model development.
• Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders and support audits.
