The Senior Manager, Energy Systems Engineering will develop and own technical deployment standards for complex infrastructure across Walmart's portfolio. You will translate engineering requirements into clear, repeatable specifications, installation guidance, inspection criteria, commissioning requirements, and operational turnover standards.
This is a hands‑on, field oriented role requiring approximately 50% travel. You will inspect active deployments, validate electrical and mechanical installations against established expectations, identify execution gaps, and continuously improve standards based on field experience, evolving technologies, and operational requirements. You will partner across Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors to drive safe, consistent execution at scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
