Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management in energy/building automation sectors.
• Experience leading complex customer programs with ESPC/EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for matrix organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of complex energy programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain program health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to program teams and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
