Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager – Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee complex energy programs, delivering on scope, schedule, and budget in a hybrid Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN environment.

You will drive program performance, align initiatives with strategic goals, manage risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, and mentor project teams, bringing 8+ years of program management experience in energy/building automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within energy or building automation sectors with ESPC or EPC delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead complex customer programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex energy programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for program success.
• Provide leadership to program teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
