Job summary

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce), and experience coordinating multi-event portfolios in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support in nonprofit settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor communications and reports.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign leadership, planning, logistics, and optimization for market campaigns.
• Own revenue performance from inception to completion for portfolio events.
• Translate national strategies into local plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors, sponsors, and key volunteers.
• Analyze data trends and donor profiles to inform fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless campaign integration.
