The National MS Society is seeking a market-based Fundraising Manager in the Southwest Region (Dallas/Fort Worth area). You will lead campaigns, drive revenue, and cultivate donor relationships to support MS research and programs.

You will translate national strategies into local plans, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze data to optimize fundraising outcomes and donor stewardship.

Competenze

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor communications and reports.
• Proficiency with donor databases (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and staff.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and donor stewardship.
