Job summary

The National MS Society in the Southwest market is seeking a results-oriented fundraising professional to lead and optimize campaigns, cultivate donors, and manage donor data using Raiser's Edge or Salesforce. Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support within a nonprofit or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft donor communications and reports.
• Proficiency in donor database systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Leadership & Execution: Support strategic planning, oversee execution, logistics, and optimization of assigned fundraising campaigns within the market.
• Revenue Accountability: Drive revenue for events within portfolio from inception to completion and monitor financial performance to adjust strategies.
• Strategic Adaptation & Alignment: Translate national campaigns into actionable local plans aligned with market dynamics.
• Donor & Volunteer Engagement: Cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level fundraising teams, sponsors, and key volunteers.
• Performance Management & Data Analysis: Analyze data trends, create donor profiles, and use CRM to manage donor records and prepare reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure campaign integration and maintain confidentiality and compliance.
