The National MS Society is seeking a Market-Based Fundraising professional to lead campaigns and cultivate donors within the Southwest Region (South Central Chapter). This role emphasizes driving revenue for events and coordinating with volunteers, with up to 50% travel for regional activities.

You will translate national strategies into local plans, manage donor stewardship, and collaborate across teams to achieve market goals in Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support within a nonprofit or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling donor communications and reports.
• Proficiency in donor database systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Campaign leadership and execution: support strategic planning, oversee logistics and optimization of assigned fundraising campaigns in the market.
• Revenue accountability: drive revenue for events from inception to completion; monitor financial performance and adjust strategies.
• Strategic adaptation and alignment: translate national strategies into local plans aligned with market dynamics.
• Donor and volunteer engagement: cultivate and steward mid-level fundraising teams, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Performance management and data analysis: analyze data trends, build donor profiles, use CRM to manage data and generate reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration: support leaders and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality.
