Elastic Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a globally distributed team focused on endpoint protection, visibility, and machine learning. You will set the direction for kernel and user-mode protections across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and influence product strategy with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, shape the roadmap, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with security researchers and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on security research experience before moving into leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Windows internals; macOS or Linux knowledge also valuable.
• Experience analyzing attacker techniques and building protections that ship to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team across endpoints, prevention, and ML.
• Own the roadmap, drive delivery, and partner with product managers.
