• Drive endpoint security enhancement projects, tool optimization, and operational improvements.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of security engineers, including offshore resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across multiple IT groups and stakeholders.
• Establish operational standards, documentation, reporting metrics, and best practices.

A global technology organization within the semiconductor and advanced electronics industry is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Manager to lead endpoint security strategy, operations, and cross-functional security initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on endpoint security technologies, operational excellence, and collaboration between Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Security Operations teams. The successful candidate will act as a key technical and operational leader responsible for driving endpoint protection initiatives while managing a globally distributed team.

About the Role

This position will oversee enterprise endpoint security tooling and operations, including EDR/XDR, DLP, endpoint privilege management, and endpoint hardening initiatives across Windows and macOS environments. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder management, and people leadership, with responsibility for improving security posture while maintaining operational efficiency and end-user productivity.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong security operations or endpoint security background and have experience leading teams, driving cross-functional initiatives, and partnering closely with SOC and Cybersecurity teams in large enterprise environments.
