Elastic seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Security Endpoint Protections team across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will guide senior researchers, shape the roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-impact protections for Elastic Defend, our endpoint and SIEM solution.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and contribute to technical strategy while maintaining a strong security posture across a distributed workforce.

• Leadership of senior technical ICs in a globally distributed team.
• Hands-on security research background before moving to leadership.
