Job summary

National Geographic seeks a Senior Manager of End User Computing to define and execute the strategy for enterprise endpoint platforms, driving automation, standardization, and secure digital workplaces. You will lead Windows and macOS deployment, establish standards, and collaborate with Security and IT Services to strengthen resilience.

You will oversee 12,500+ endpoints, guide technology onboarding, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in End User Computing or related roles, including leading engineering teams.
• Experience at scale with device management, endpoint security, and workplace tech services.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune and JamfPro.
• Experience with MDM, BYOD, and modern endpoint management practices.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and APIs to improve operations and platform maturity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the engineering, governance, and evolution of enterprise endpoint platforms supporting 12,500+ managed endpoints.
• Lead modernization of End User Computing with automation, self‑service, scalability, and best practices.
• Establish engineering standards, SLAs, KPIs, and metrics to improve reliability and service quality.
• Lead Windows and macOS deployment and lifecycle management, enabling scalable onboarding and AI‑enabled tools.
• Partner with Information Security to maintain secure‑by‑design endpoint architectures and governance.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, IT Services and Support to strengthen endpoint security and resilience.
• Build partnerships with Lottery, Retail, and Casino teams to deliver endpoint solutions for critical operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and lifecycle planning for endpoint technologies.
