Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a visionary senior engineering leader to define and execute the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the End User Computing portfolio. This role leads Windows, macOS, mobile, browser management, VDI, and related services at enterprise scale.

You will guide multiple engineering teams, partner across business and technology, and push AI-driven automation to deliver secure and frictionless digital workplace experiences for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EUC engineering or related IT infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers.
• 5+ years of people management, talent development, coaching and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in endpoint management - Windows/Intune, macOS/JAMF, mobile, VDI/ DaaS, print, and endpoint security.
• Experience in Agile and Outcome-Based Delivery (OBD) product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for End User Computing portfolio aligned to business goals.
• Lead multiple teams covering Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI to deliver secure digital workspaces.
• Partner with PMs and security teams to ensure secure-by-design architectures and compliance.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices and automation to improve operational efficiency.
