Job summary

Nscale is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to define, manage and improve its global endpoint estate across Windows, macOS, mobile, and BYOD. You’ll partner with Security and IT Ops to ensure secure, reliable devices and scalable lifecycle processes, while expanding platform automation and governance across regions.

Qualifications

5+ years in endpoint engineering, device management, systems administration or technology operations.
Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS devices.
Experience with endpoint-management platforms such as JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf or Kandji.
Experience configuring device policies, software deployment, patching, encryption and compliance controls.
Knowledge of identity, SSO, MFA and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
Experience with EDR, antivirus or endpoint-security tooling.
Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including security and procurement.

Responsibilities

Define endpoint standards for Windows, macOS, mobile and BYOD.
Configure and manage endpoint-management platforms (JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf, Kandji).
Develop provisioning workflows and zero-touch deployment processes.
Ensure security, patching, encryption and compliance controls.
Create and maintain endpoint documentation and runbooks.
