Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT engineering with 5+ years in enterprise desktop/end‑user computing roles
• Deep Windows OS deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Expertise with SCCM/MECM and Intune for software distribution, patching, and co‑management
• Strong understanding of VDI/Remote computing and integration with endpoint environments
• Proven ability to automate endpoint operations using scripting (PowerShell, Python) and support modern provisioning

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, delivery, and operational support of the Windows endpoint platform
• Drive enterprise end‑user computing strategy and modernization initiatives
• Oversee OS upgrades, endpoint management, automation, and device lifecycle programs
• Partner with Infrastructure, Information Security, Network, and Enterprise Operations teams
• Develop talent, set priorities, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives
