• Bachelor's degree and four years of supervision/management experience or equivalent.

• Experience in training and project management; knowledge of career development for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities and initiatives connecting employers with students (internships, part-time jobs, entry-level roles).
• Serve as primary relationship manager for recruiters, partners, and friends of University Career Services.
• Develop innovative approaches to employer-student engagement.
• Analyze needs and design experiential learning and recruitment programs for 21st-century students.
• Oversee campus-wide programs, career fairs, and signature initiatives.
