Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to build and lead a team resolving complex ER issues. You will serve as the SME for California operations, interpreting policies and labor agreements, conducting investigations, and standardizing processes to mitigate risk and support a positive culture.

You will partner with the HR Director to develop centralized ER services, drive scalable practices enterprise-wide, and balance organizational goals with employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience.
• 5+ years leading complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting employee relations in both union and non-union environments.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience implementing ER programs, processes, or shared services models.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of California ER operations within the centralized ER model.
• Consult and coach leaders and HR partners on ER issues, performance management, disciplinary actions, and risk-conscious decisions.
• Lead and oversee complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct.
• Develop insights from trends to identify root causes and proactive interventions.
• Partner with Legal on high-risk ER matters, charges, and litigation support.
• Champion continuous improvement of ER programs, tools, and training.
