Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior internal communications leader to develop multi-channel programs, align messaging with EVP, and supervise a growing team. You will partner with executives to translate priorities into clear editorial plans and ensure brand-consistent communications across the organization.

You will oversee content standards, measurement, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and managing vendor relationships to support enterprise-wide communications goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or related field required.
• 7+ years of internal or corporate communications experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience required.
• CMP or APR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for communications programs and campaigns across channels.
• Supervise communications staff, assign work, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into messaging frameworks and editorial plans.
• Oversee content standards, review processes, and quality control for accuracy, accessibility, inclusivity, and brand adherence.
• Coordinate measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement using engagement and feedback data.
• Align internal messaging with organizational culture, values, and EVP.
• Manage vendor and budget needs related to employee communications activities.
• Develop and deliver employee communications promoting clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization.
• Oversee planning, production, and distribution of content for multiple employee segments and channels.
• Supervise communications professionals and ensure consistency with brand, culture, and organizational values.
