Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a communications professional to draft, review, and proofread materials for assigned projects, and to coordinate content development with stakeholders. You will follow brand guidelines and enterprise approval processes, and measure communications effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to edit and proofread quickly and accurately.
• General knowledge of contemporary communications concepts and methods for communicating with multiple audiences.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight timeframes.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as a team member.
• Ability to align communication efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, writing, or relevant combination of education with minimum two years' work experience in marketing/communications environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and proofread written materials for assigned communications projects.
• Work with stakeholders to establish objectives and coordinate content development.
• Follow communications best practices, enterprise approval processes, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Measure communications effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods.
