Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior communications leader to shape and drive integrated PR across a multi-brand portfolio. You will partner with executives, align cross-functional teams to business goals, and own influencer and social strategies while managing agencies and budgets.

You will translate big ideas into measurable outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and craft compelling narratives for local, national, and global audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations and integrated marketing.
• Experience leading communications strategy for multi-brand portfolios.
• Master's degree in business marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, measurement, and optimization of integrated communications and PR strategies across multiple brands.
• Define the long-term communications vision, priorities, and annual strategic roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support enterprise priorities and commercial goals.
• Drive Community Activation across Earned Channels integrated with Paid Media, Influencer, Social, Experiential Marketing, and eCommerce.
• Create and oversee press releases, media strategies, thought leadership, messaging frameworks, social messaging, editorial calendars, and integrated communications plans.
• Own earned analytics and reporting, including influencer campaign KPI tracking and performance optimization.
• Lead earned media budget planning, forecasting, and investment management.
