Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, inspection and maintenance of third‑party contractors for LIRR elevators/escalators at all stations and facilities.
• Prepare, review and maintain TSOW and contractual documents for E&E; manage inspection plans and pilot programs.
• Direct the EEOC staff; monitor safety, inspections and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate file preparation, internal controls, and ISO 9001-2000 compliant documentation and reporting.
• Attend seminars and training; mentor staff and provide coaching; lead by example.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Review invoices and address contractor performance issues; escalate as needed.
